GALA Multi Events is an agency organizing events like wedding receptions, corporate parties, birthdays and homecomings at an open-air venue located in one of the Greek villages. To better present its business online, the agency hired Semalt to redesign its website and fix all the errors standing in the way of increasing public awareness of the services offered.

Project Description

Our task was to create an attractive presentation of the services offered by the GALA Multi Events. For this reason, we have decided to create galleries with images and videos on the website showcasing the beauty of the venue, decor and food served. We have also integrated the blog with the stories and pictures of the recent events organized by the agency. Thus, website visitors can see what to expect in case they decide to order its services.

Color scheme, fonts, and icons

We have chosen plain black and white background colors not to distract site visitors from the content and colorful images. Mokka color was used for hyperlinks and frames.

Design highlights

A simple, contemporary top menu was created and placed next to the agency logo to ease the site navigation.

Flat photo illustrations in rectangular line frames represent the categories. By clicking on them, a person will be redirected to the relevant category page.

A counter represents the amount of happy customers, events held, awards received, and years in business.

We have used high-quality venue pictures on a light blue background to illustrate blog posts telling about recent events.

Conclusion
The new design of the GALA Multi Events complies with the latests web design trends. It has a user-friendly and responsive design which perfectly reflects the services offered by the agency. It also has all the necessary features to convert site users into customers.
